The spacious rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, especially the bathrooms with all new facilities. The staff was helpful, and the decor throughout the foyer and restaurant was inviting. The attention to detail in providing amenities like a safe box in the rooms made me feel secure. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and extend my gratitude to Hotel Heer Hugo for a wonderful experience.
